Good to know
Where do your cloves come from?
Madagascar, where we have run our own buying, cleaning and grading facility since 2011. We trade over 2,000 MT of cloves a year.
Can you supply ground and blended spices?
Yes — whole, ground or blended to specification, with retail packs available on request.
What is your minimum order?
One full container load — typically 20–27 MT in a 40ft container depending on the commodity and packing. Mixed containers can be discussed for regular buyers.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?
FOB, CFR and CIF to any major port, and ex-works Dubai. Payment by letter of credit at sight or usance, cash against documents, or telegraphic transfer for established buyers.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, certificate of analysis and weight, and health or halal certificates where your port requires them — plus container photographs and seal numbers.
