Good to know
Where is your rice milled?
Basmati and most non-basmati rice is milled at Indian origin to the specification in your contract; Thai long grain is milled in Thailand. Our Dubai desk handles the trade, documentation and shipping.
Which basmati grade should I buy?
1121 for maximum grain length and the premium Gulf and West African markets; Classic for aroma and texture; Premium Grade for volume repacking at a working price. We are happy to send samples.
Can I get basmati under my own brand?
Yes — or under our ZARA wholesale label or Nitra retail brand. We pack 1 kg to 20 kg retail packs and handle bags, printed to your artwork.
What is your minimum order?
One full container load — typically 20–27 MT in a 40ft container depending on the commodity and packing. Mixed containers can be discussed for regular buyers.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?
FOB, CFR and CIF to any major port, and ex-works Dubai. Payment by letter of credit at sight or usance, cash against documents, or telegraphic transfer for established buyers.
