Good to know
When is the best time to buy East African pulses?
Tanzanian mung beans, pigeon peas and chickpeas are bought through their harvest seasons. Talk to us early — being on the ground lets us lock positions when the crop is right.
Can you hand-sort beans?
Yes. Lima and white beans in particular can be hand-sorted where the contract calls for it, on top of machine cleaning and grading.
What is your minimum order?
One full container load — typically 20–27 MT in a 40ft container depending on the commodity and packing. Mixed containers can be discussed for regular buyers.
Which Incoterms and payment terms do you work on?
FOB, CFR and CIF to any major port, and ex-works Dubai. Payment by letter of credit at sight or usance, cash against documents, or telegraphic transfer for established buyers.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, certificate of analysis and weight, and health or halal certificates where your port requires them — plus container photographs and seal numbers.
